8.2/10

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were small but had a nice view overlooking the town, yet the strong smell of bacon was quite off-putting throughout my visit. The service was extremely attentive and friendly, making me feel well taken care of. The location was ideal, especially for those looking to be in the heart of shopping, dining, and activities. However, the dining experience was overpriced and disappointing, with the wait staff nowhere to be found. Overall, a mixed experience with some notable highlights and drawbacks.

6.6/10

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were not as clean as I would have liked, and the view from my window was far from ideal, the location was convenient for accessing various venues easily. The service was adequate, and the dining experience left much to be desired. However, the facilities added some value to my stay.

Rooms
5.0
Upon entering my room, I was disappointed to find it dirty and dusty, with bugs and hair in all the drawers. The carpet was also dirty, and trash was left in the cans from the previous guest. The higher-end 1-bedroom condo I booked overlooked an ugly rooftop with noisy air conditioning units and the highway beyond.
Service
5.0
While the service wasn't particularly friendly or quick to help overall, one of the staff members, the Bell Hop, stood out for going out of their way to assist us promptly. The desk clerk was considerate when they relocated us to a new room.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was beneficial for accessing various venues and activities easily, especially as it was right across from the convention center and on the Branson Landing promenade. It was also away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street in Branson MO, making our stay more tranquil.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short of expectations. We had to walk outside to a different hotel in the freezing cold for breakfast, which was only continental with a limited selection of bread, muffins, bagels, and fruit. The dining area itself, located in a bar, had some maintenance issues, including big wrinkles, making it less inviting.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities at the hotel were subpar, with cleanliness and maintenance concerns. However, the hotel provided some essential services, such as room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and valet parking, albeit without any standout features.
